How long has Sienna been in business?
The Sienna Group was founded by Catholic laity in 1996.
Does Sienna do business under any other company name?
Yes, our corporate name is Cause Based Commerce, Inc. We also operate as The Sienna Group and Sienna Communications Group, Inc.
What services are provided by Sienna?
Sienna currently provides service for mobile, long distance, toll-free numbers, travel calling cards, and conference calls.
Prepaid mobile service and family-friendly movie/television filtering service are coming soon, and more services will be added in the future.
How long does it take for the long distance service to be activated?
It typically takes one week for the service to be activated. In certain situations, service can be activated more quickly, if necessary.

Do I have to notify my local phone company of the switch?
Notification of your local phone company is necessary in some, but not all, cases. If it is necessary, Sienna will contact you and provide you with instructions.
Is there a switchover fee?
Sienna does not charge a switchover fee, but your local phone company may charge a fee for changing your long distance carrier. If this occurs,
call Sienna toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 for reimbursement.
Where does Sienna provide mobile service?

Can I use my existing mobile phone with Sienna’s mobile service?
Sienna has had some success providing mobile service to customers who already have their own phone, but not all phones are compatible with our service. In all cases, the customer is required to pay for a SIM card
($10.00) and activation fee ($39.95), both of which are non-refundable. These non-refundable charges can be applied towards the purchase of a new phone in
the event that the customer’s existing phone is not compatible.

Yes, e-Bill is accessible from the upper right corner of every page. It allows you to view and pay your invoices online. e-Bill is an easy and efficient way to manage your

How do I "support the charity of [my] choice?"
If you sign up for our mobile and/or long distance services, we will pay a percentage of your paid monthly bill to the charity of your choice. You can search our current list of charities in the SEARCH FOR A CHARITY banner at the bottom of every page.
Can I change my charity selection?
Yes, you can change your designated charity at any time by e-mailing Sienna at info@sienna-group.com or calling us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662.
What if the charitable organization I choose is not on your charity list?
Currently, we have over 2,000 charitable organizations to choose from. However, to add a new charity, simply provide us with the necessary information
(name, address, contact information, etc.) and we will begin the approval process. E-mail Sienna at info@sienna-group.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662.
The Sienna Group, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any particular beneficiary or charity.
How will I know that my charity is receiving my support?
Your monthly bill will reflect your payment amounts. Alternately, you may contact the charity directly. Payments to charities are sent out when the accumulated monthly amount reaches $10.00.
